Our Story
We opened Bloom
to change how wellness feels
Bloom Wellness Studio opened its doors in Paddington to offer Brisbane a different kind of wellness experience — one built on community, compassion, and real results. Our practitioners are qualified, our spaces are calm, and our approach is always personal.
Based in the heart of Paddington, our studio serves Brisbane's inner west with yoga classes, remedial massage, naturopathy, and personal training. Every service is delivered by a qualified practitioner who genuinely cares about your progress.
Our classes are small by design. Our spaces are calm by intention. And our approach is always personal — because one-size wellness doesn't fit anyone.
"We wanted to build the kind of wellness space we wished had existed when we were starting out — no judgement, no intimidation, just real support."— The Bloom Team

What We Stand For
Our values
Community First
Bloom was built for the Paddington community. We believe wellness should be accessible, welcoming, and free of the intimidation that keeps so many people away.
Evidence-Based Practice
Our practitioners stay current with research and professional development. We combine the best of traditional wellness with modern evidence so you get results.
Whole Person Wellbeing
We look at the full picture — body, mind, and lifestyle. Real wellness isn't just one class a week; it's a practice that fits your life.
